But they sent out a huge crew so maybe that was the difference. The crew was awesome. Very friendly and professional. The work was perfect!     "The communication was half hazard. The folks that came out to do the estimate, gave me one time line and then they people that did the work told me a different time line. There was also a language barrier. It almost seems as if they didn't know what I was saying, so I went straight to the owners and they got it back on track but then it went super fast. They're the experts they told me the time line, so I based everything else I was doing around that."

    "The crew came early in the morning and worked throughout the day. I've had other painters who only worked until 3:30, but they worked until 5:00 or later. They did a very good job restoring the rooms, moving the furniture and did a good job cleaning up afterwards. They were also willing to do work outside the scope of what we discussed without trying to nickel and dime me for extra money. Overall it was a good experience."

    "There were several problems that occured during the process of painting the ceiling. One of the teams that were here told me that when it dried it would blend in with the rest of the ceiling but it never did; I got someone to come in and take a look and they said right away it needed another coat. They left some damage on the wall and I was going to paint over and fix it myself but they did it no problem and I was very pleased with that. They also left a couple scratches on the hardwood floor, they are not very deep and I believe I can fix it. The painting itself was great the rest of the stuff was an accident, other than the second coat that was needed on the ceiling."

They could not complete the job in one day but stayed until almost 9pm, and came back the next morning at 7am! It was pouring down rain and I felt some areas were not visible at that time and got overlooked and they came back again this afternoon and re-did the area. Great work, very reliable company."
